Hello Great unpacking and assembly instructions however showing how it works out of the box provides no indication of its longer term durability. I had a shredder before in Australia a Ryobi whch worked well and reqiuired the blades to be sharpened after about 20 hours of use or you could turn them over and use the other side. With the LIDL shredder it was blunt after only 20 minutes of use feeding in only sticks 20 - 25 mm nowhere near the 45mm tolerance associated with the device. Looking at your video i see you feed in a 40 mm stick and it already struggled to shread it properly. i suggest if you feed it just 30 mm sticks for another 4 or 5 minutes you would quickly see the machine struggle to shread properly as its blades are not made of proper M2 hardened steel required to maintain reasonable sharpness. Before recommending this appliance you needed to test it a little bit longer and as you have not done this your advise is unfortunately very misleading. The blades on the LIDL shreadder not not fit for purpose and will quickly go blunt requiring frequent change or sharping even after a very short time of service.

I have exactly the same issue, filled one bag turned it off emptied and turned back on, ran for ten seconds and shut down, no blockages, machine is cold and blade spins free, just refuses to go again, several websites everyone's saying the same thing

Wow it's turbo charged! Does it have an intercooler? How many cylinders is it? Is it carbureted or fuel injected? How many pounds of pressure is the turbo charger pushing? :-). I swear some of the marketing terms companies use are just crazy sometimes. I've seen some crazy Chinese company characterize their LED's as "Nuclear". No license required! You are like me I always do any wood chipping in my apartment. My roommate loves it! :-).
