Can you charge it with any usb c charger? For example can I use my samsung 45w charger to charge it? Will it damage it if it only needs 5w?

Yes, you can charge it with any USB C charger

Lower light is in reality UV light that is in my opinion useless for most of the users. But with easy internal modification it can be changed to main full, main half and side light. Just remove red L2 wire from UV light and connect it to L1 trough resistor.
