Would be great if they would add a "Charge up to XX%" setting, so that you could for example charge up to 85% so that you can actually use the battery, while still have a very long lifetime of the battery (because batteries wear out the fastest when charging from 90% to 100%). For example Samsung Galaxy phones have this as a preset option for 85%.

I believe they omitted this function deliberately, so that they will add it to the a2 version and make you buy also the new one.

Yes, they have the 60% charge level for long term storage. I guess their idea is you keep them at 60% and when you need them for some work - plug in for 10 minutes to bring to 90% or so and use. Or if you only need to drill a couple of holes you can use straight away at 60%. But yes, another button '85%' would be very useful.

Bought it but my menu is very limited, I do not have such options like you, for example possibility of turning off the charger remotely nor I have any settings for charger :/
