Society should go for final NOC approval on priority basis. Society should get Wapda/Lesco electricity.

I don't think that society is interested to get NOC anymore coz they are already enjoying the RUDA APPROVED tag on their marketing campaigns, ads. All the dealers are also successfully convincing the clients on NOC. So as a businessman if I am enjoying approval tag without being approved then y should i take interest to give heavy amount. aur phir approval ke matters mien paroo.

Agreed. I visited with my friedn and the same story was told by an officer (from Sales dpt) that you should buy plot as soon society will have 2nd main gate
