I saw them last year at river stage for their Australia tour, along with killswitch engage, and thy art is murder. Hands down the best show I ever saw from them. The mosh pit and circles were just off the chain, and to top it off they had full pyro setups and cannon fire setups for the end show!

I love these dudes and their music...been a fan since 2007. I must say though I miss seeing them in surf clothes playing the hardest crush your bones music. Everyone changes but I just hope its what the band wants and not an influence of Labels or agents. PWD forever!

Fan since 2009, saw them live by chance and they eventually grew to become my favourite band. I definitely see what you mean. This song, while heavy as shit, is missing something. The past 2 albums in general have a lot less of that energy that made me love them. At the same time, there are new elements coming in that have their own charm. Off of Reverence, Chronos, is absolutely fucking amazing. One of their best songs in my view. The band is now a lot older, and tastes change. Shit like "Devil's Calling" is a little tough to take in, but even it's okay. Curious to see where they will go next. They are still awesome live, and I'll still see them every chance I get.

They've had a lot of loss on their lives. As someone who has had that in my own life, I know it can change people and make them reflect on things more and when reflecting it can bring pain and that's what they've felt and its came into their music understandably cause that's kinda like their therapy session.

Their guitar cleans don't exactly replicate the acoustic. A lot of bands do this, they use backing tracks for acoustics.
