Here is my analysis and interpretation of the video. The video begins with shots of the city of Corleone in Sicily. This is a reference to Don Vito Corleone's birthplace, but also to the fact that his son Michael Corleone was in exile in Sicily. There he met Apollonia Vitelli, fell in love and married her. The next video scene is in the apartment where we see the young and alluring Titti Cerrone alone in the marriage bed. Then we see JCF as an old, bitter mobster with a cigar, in his office. Titti wakes up and looks at the empty place next to him, strokes the pillow with his hand and smiles at his own memories. He looks over to the bed. Then two photos are shown in one frame - Michael Corleone alone (Al Pacino) and with his father Vito. The next three framed photos stand in a display case and show Vincent Mancini (Andy Garcia) and young Vito (Robert De Niro) and Kay Adams (Diane Keaton), Michael's second wife, with Santino "Sonny" Corelone (James Caan), Michael's brother. Shots of beautiful Titti getting dressed, doing makeup and leaving the apartment, are interspersed with shots of JCF in the office, including two moments with her faithful dog. In the final scene, JCF picks up a picture of Titti in a red dress, ponders and puts it aside after a while. I think JCF played Michael Corelone and Titti Cerrone played his Sicilian love Apollonia Vitelli, Michael's first wife. They were connected by passionate love at first sight. Michael was "struck by lightning". Unfortunately, Apollonia died in an assassination attempt prepared for him, and Michael could not forget her, despite remarrying. What is the message of the video? Old Michael remembers his first wife - the one true and unforgettable love who died indirectly because of him. Maybe she could have lived if not for his Mafia involvement. The Mafia exists, but whether you let it into your life is up to you. I think that true love happens only once in a lifetime and the memory of it accompanies us until death, and Sicily is a magical place for lovers, where we can be “struck by lightning”. I don't know if I'm right, but thank you for the great version of this song and for encouraging me to do this "investigation". Greetings from Poland.

@@JonathanCiliaFaro I also have a simpler interpretation 🥰 that only loosely refers to the film, but fits very well with the shots. We see separately: an older married man and his young sexy mistress (in a red bra! ❤). They meet secretly (Speak softer! Parla più piano!). She misses him and is getting ready for a date. The man is tormented by remorse - he looks at the family photos in the display case, also at the photo of his wife in a red dress. The appearing dog belonging to a man is a symbol of fidelity. The view of the church reminds of a church wedding. Then the man picks up a picture of his mistress in a cherry dress. He puts down the photo and cigar. In the meantime, the girl leaves the house. It is an open question whether they will meet again. If that's the only true love the song is talking about, then yes. A sadder version 😢 - the man has lost his beautiful young beloved wife and is in mourning - he is dressed all in black. He is lonely, all he has left is a dog and photographs. The shot of the woman leaving the house symbolizes her death, and the church resembles a funeral or seeking comfort in faith. In the song, the man declares that she will remain his greatest love. The saddest version 😭 - if he loved her and she betrayed him, and therefore he killed her out of passion (No one knows the truth... Nessuno sa la verità...), then the man's suffering is even greater. The shot of the church would suggest a desire to clear oneself of guilt.
