Parliament Winter Session: Lok Sabha Passes Three New Criminal Law Amendment Bills | India Today

While speaking on the three crime bills in Lok Sabha, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, "In the law that is going to be repealed, the punishments for looting the government treasury, uprooting railway tracks and insulting the British crown were previously kept. Now priority has been given to crime against women/children, its impact on the human body and the security of the country. Then there are military, election and currency laws."
Tabling new crime bills in Lower House, Amit Shah explained that a provision has been made in the proposed law that a person cane be sentenced to capital punishment if convicted of mob lynching.

@@neerosity Currently the best you can do is file harassment case. And no one goes to jail for harassment! One can also say they are victim of something, but they don't have any proof..., so can't give same punishment to who ever files case. That best thing that can be done is, anyone can file case, but the accused will never be bothered, unless there is actual evidence against them. And until the accused is proven guilty, his/her identity must not be disclosed. If anyone(lawyer, judge, police, officer, complainant or complainant relatives...) does violates the privacy they must be punished (like 5years jail).

Companies bill 2012 Bills name if placed in loksabha and rajya sabha we will be able to contribute idea or share our problems. So even if 1000 amendment bill exist please list in loksabha government website. But priorities to place in Parliament session. Divorce case, few petition statement makes the case criminal where civil lawyer cannot take the case just because of one statement. All projects need detailed analysis which cannot be discussed in loksabha even if committee formed. Ministers under trade union movement can share work load of loksabha and rajya sabha procedures but papers passed only in loksabha or rajya sabha. Companies act needs features for amendment to add strength to the article. In this case, current system of online questions for survey will help us get questions to demat account holders, so that answers are optional but if they try can contribute solutions or share problems in public forum. A method to get information from public as rights to speak and put this system under Democratic countries citizens rights

@@amandussingh7075 This are the exact words "Whoever causes death of any person by doing any rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide and escapes from the scene of incident or fails to report the incident to a Police officer or Magistrate soon after the incident, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description of a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine" There is not definition of 'rash or negligent act'. Also the person is NOT YET GUILTY of being 'rash or negligent', he/she is just accused of being 'rash or negligent'. Who is the judge of being 'rash or negligent'? This law has been made with idea of guilty until proven innocent.

Remember change laws as they used to be and never compound them, never give fancy hindutvawadi names to laws. You are certainly against others who are nonhindu.
