Quite nicely. I didn't have any parm, so I coated one in panko with Italian seasoning. On the other, I used Johnny's Steak Seasoning without any coating. Low and slow in a bit of evoo. Oh, I ate both and did some chicken tenders for my wife.

Nice Vid, it's really nice to watch someone cook a pork chop to the proper temp. Most people and that includes so called chefs at restaurants overcook their pork chops and all pork products so bad that they are very very dry and tasteless.

You know, I've tried going 140° and for me, I don't enjoy it. I like about 145°-150°. Anything more and it's dry.

@@thehungryhussey For me Pork Tenderloin is great at 140, my Pork Chops are better when I pull them at 142 and rest them for 20 to 30 minutes letting the temp rise a little. So yes I agree with you 100 percent on that!

YUMMY i love pork chops i use center cuts the 2" thick ones, on the pit and char grill em I always use a touch of cinnamon on pork YUM and i always use onion peels on the coals for a onion sweet smoke The smell will drive you CRAZY HUNGRY

325-375 is a good saute 400-500+is good for searing 250-300 - good for really delicate items like eggs, omlettes, etc. Those chops tasted great!

Terrific! Thanks HH! : ) I had to run along yesterday. Rewatched just now. You ask, what do I think of that? I think it looks EXCELLENT! One problem though, that piece you said that has your name on it. I am pretty sure I saw MY name on it! lol Those sure look good HH. I WILL try this, and you're right about the canister of parmsean....I use it but I know I shouldn't, so I am going to try and make the switch.....everyone should. Have a good Sunday! : )
