Regie was on the Mardi Gras last year! My dad would drop everything we were doing just to be able to listen to her because she was so good :) Glad to see her still around, and hope to see her again this year!

We got off to celebration on January 8th period I have to agree with you that celestial strings is a wonderful show however celebration central is a great idea with poor execution. They need to revise this area to fix the seating.

Heyo! From our understanding, they're only charging if you order a third entrée. So 2 apps, 2 entrées, 2 desserts, things like that should be fine. Royal Caribbean charges you for a second lobster tail on formal night, but I don't think Carnival has quite gotten to that level yet... maybe if you order a third lobster tail, they would!! :P

Inflatidas, which are tortillas that are puffed then I believe fried. They’re not always dyed black, so I guess that’s a dramatic aesthetic choice!! :P

The random floor/ceiling/object shots while watching something onstage started as a gag whenever we had terrible sight lines at a performance and couldn't see the band, so I would just focus on objects around the room and capture the audio... then it became a running gag as well as a way to break up the monotony of having just stage shots over and over again, ha ha... the random floor or ceiling shots while walking around the ship are typically to avoid getting too many random folks in the video who may have no desire to be on the KZbin machine!! :P ~Jay
