😂Thank you for this talk fr.Chris I had an experience ,when someone came to my home, fired 2 shots at one of my g/son, Fortunately for us, I had a small picture of the Devine Mercy stuck on the front door, so none of us got hurt. But I didn't realized, that our lives were saved from the powerful effect of the picture until now I am listening to you.Praise and Thanks to God for His goodness and Mercy.

My family has always been unstable with discords and fierce arguments and quarrels for many years. I have purposely placed a photo frame of our Lord's Divine Mercy in the front entrance of our house. However, we still have quarrels so often that I have grown terrified and tired of all these nonsense. I simply ask for peace, harmony, understanding and love within our family. There are people who engage in prayers constantly but still do not know how to tame their temper. Is living in harmony such a difficult task? I always have this compelling question in my thoughts and mind. I ask our gracious Lord to grant us peace and harmony at home because I believe He will do anything and everything for us who seek His mercy. Amen.

Where does Jesus say not to ever criticize priests because he will deal with them? That helps abusive priests to get away with it for longer, or forever. Some priests don't do things that are illegal, but are still abusive in other ways. If it is not talked about it will continue and there will be more victims. I mean this with all due respect, but is it actually a sin to criticize a priest? I have never heard any priest say that before now.

I get tired of hearing Paul described as the founder of Christianity. Jesus Christ is the founder of Christianity. Paul was one of the flawed, human disciples/apostles. He started out as a murderer and persecutor of Christians, repented of that, but continued with insulting and hateful remarks about women, defining women by Jewish Law. Paul never knew Jesus when both were in physical bodies, so did not know of the respect with which Jesus treated women. I don't think he should be touted above Jesus Christ or even above John as "founding" the Christian Church. Most churches, especially protestant, start out briefly mentioning Jesus, but then switch over to Paul, because the men like him because they view his writings as a way to keep women under control. But even in Catholic Churches, the selected readings each week in the masses are mostly by Paul. I often find myself thinking do we realize that Paul is quoted more than Jesus Christ?
