Nancy, you have a few years on me (12), but I was in the same boat - pretty much disappointed (if not outright disgusted) with what is on the radio today. Finally found Parov, Swingrowers, Chinese Man, Tape Five, Swing italia, Caravan Palace, and a bunch of others that help keep the blood pumping. Great stuff! Been spending a bloody small fortune on CD's lately ( can't stand MP3 recordings!)

I've never heard any live performance that was this good (in person or recorded), and I've never heard a *RECORDING* of any live performance that was recorded (re: balanced across all audible frequencies and within range of the recording devices) so perfectly. KZbin put this one in front of me at random and *DAMN* am I into this group now!

Doesn't sound like microphones recording the public.... The quality seems to be so great because the recording is taken directly off the mixing feeder. Most recorded live publications work that way.

Hey Dale. I'm 100% with your sentiment. But it's this band that should be everywhere. Not us. Electro Swing is not brand new. But what I think makes this band UNIQUE, other than their lead lady singer who kept me awake in Intensive Care for wrong reasons, is their FBGC formula. It's my innovation for their formula anyway. "Familiarity Breeds Great Content". They mix or mashup perfectly and could carry on doing so - timelessly. I love them! Oh! As a an older guy, I first heard of Parov Stelar a number of years ago from the video of Sven Otten (JustSomeMotion). I had to know what that song was ("All Night")! I was hooked and added to my library several of Parov Stelar's songs. I didn't even know of this concert til just now. Loved it!! The horns, the beat, the voice, all fit together that just makes you want to move. This concert was amazing! It was the first time watching it. But ,it won't be the last time I listen through it!! I don't know if they ever came to the states. But, if they do, I gotta catch them live!
