Rode over this in the last Clyde to Carlingford branch day of running. Great to hold up all the cars !

I took DVD camera footage of this level crossing in mid-November of 2019. Considering that I don't live in Sydney and considering that the crossing is closing in January 2020 then I got my footage with just 2 months to spare, so I am rapt about that.

I think that this is the last level crossing in Sydney (apart from the Blacktown-Richmond line).

@emd567 There is a level crossing on the Blue Mountains line just near Faulconbridge Station.

Darren Miles-Morland There was one on the Botany line until a few years back. Also, there are some level crossings for rail equipment at places like the Wooloomooloo viaduct and Circular Quay.

@@darrenmiles-morland8038 No didn't know that. One interesting fact? Crossing controlled traffic lights on east end of Parramatta road and this will be removed when closed.
