My dream, as an English/American citizen is to one day build an old Triumph bobber, and use English saddles for the bike saddles. There is an American company that makes English style saddles for bicycles. Converting one to springers would cool for the passenger pillion seat, and a small pony English saddle used for the main saddle. Mid pegs with forward highway pegs, narrow front end with conventional fork, tallish sissy bar to attach my pack on longer trips, handlebars would be mid rise ape hangers to get my arms level with my shoulders, (or slightly lower), nothing outrageous with paint, just something easy to maintain. I love the basic black/white y’all seem to favor.

As for the bars I think you should have a 12 inch mini ape, the spiked oil tank and make it a 2 seater. Wooohoooo!!!!!!!!!

Great episode! Thanks a lot. 👌 I like how the engine fits in the frame. No space left... 👍😁 Oil tank: go for cones when having the footrests and handles also with cones. Maybe logo on the cones if the existing is covered. Fuel tank: mustang-style with the logo because the black one is a bit too simple if the engine was painted monochrome. Handlebar: clip-ons will do great. Maybe it's still comfortable to have them below the top yoke. Seat(s): single. If you go for two maybe it could be a removable second one. I appreciate that you have a look on comfort and drivability. 👍 Take care, drive safe and stay tuned! 🤘

Great series guys! I’d definitely go with some narrower bars, a single seat, mid controls, the flat style oil tank, and a ratty fuel tank. Who needs paint?? Grind it all down to bare metal and clear cost the thing with some cheap spray paint. Keep up the good work!

Cool dude. I personally would go with the black painted tank or that red flat bottom one with the logo on the side, i would however take a mallet and boss in the sides of the tank (which even one you use) similar to how Indian Larry did his tanks by welding a bar to the egg shape and concaving in the inside, u get me ? Id also keep the cone oil tank, think its cool and try having the logo fit round it maybe. Id then place the clip ons under the top yoke having the fork tops come flush with the top yoke keeping it all flat and sleek up front. Id then go forward pegs for that long and low riding position and style about the bike keeping the forks low (a shortening job will be required me thinks) with the slim forks and 19” rim. Oh and defo double seat. Looking forward to the rest of this one.

Wide glide, with 16” will be nice. Definitely use the flat-bottom early Evo 2.2. Short forks! If you use clip ons, for the love of god, don’t use forward controls. Ridiculously uncomfortable combination!

I think you should keep the spikey oil tank and finish it off with black and red gloss to match the red/black tank. Maybe do the red on the ends of the oil tank. Stick with the Red/Black/White scheme. Also, ditch the clip-ons, step out of your comfort zone, n put 10" Apes on it dude.

Instead of mid foot controls ..how about rear controls ...and that fender you just brought out ..with the red white and black tank ..so your stretched out on it ..like a racer of some type ..chop the front shocks/springs 2" to lower it ..exhaust exits past rear wheel ..to keep noise away from rider ..eather tips facing down to road..or right into spokes..give it an unusual sound..at speed..???

You need to do builds like this differently like showing what you have got then ask people to make the choice not asking people what to use and shoot them down you might as they say rub people up the wrong way and lose some respect, and I personally know that short leg syndrome is a pain in the ass sometimes haha so I guess mid controls is the order of the day ride hard ride safe.
