Pleased to greet you. I find your videos about the ticketing system amazing. I would like to ask you a question. I would like to bring up in the listing item of tickets list the name of the user that has been assigned to that ticket. Thank you very much.

You can insert a dynamic field, then choose assign_user meta field, it will give you 1,2 or 445 as user id, click on filter field ouptput and choose Usuer ID to display name. it will show the name of user to which the ticket is assigned.

Yes why not, what i suggest you is to make a query in query builder for users. Call them in Jet Table, and apply datatable JS on the table, i have video in this channel on how to use datatable on Jet Table.

Yes in that case we need user to ticket relationship and add it using front-end form.

Its a bit complicated, there is an add-on in Jet Form builder which let you create new terms but not meta fields from front-end. Should be custom code.

how can I show "display name" of the user in CCT? I only have user id in CCT in some of your clips you did it but didn't explain how in one clip you showed how to display "display name" in jet table but I want to show it in listing item tnx a lot

There is an option in dynamiv field called filter field output, choose get username by id option mostly at the end of list

You can use automator or cron-job PHP to check closed tickets and trash it after.

Elementor data is an array you have to filter field output and choose values from array, than specify each of your field.

Hello, you need to make a form with all the meta you need. Add it in a template file like edit_users, then insert a dynamic link in listing > source should be profile > edit_users and provide ID from below field. Just like we edit CPT. It wil take user ID and show you form with preset values from database.

You need to make a form for creating CPT and show all your agents in a dropdown

There is no delete user option as of now but you can take a meta field or active and non active users. Just make it non active.
