Thanks a loooooooooot for your video. I just replace the head gasket with the help of your video. My car is again running as brand new. even I could replace the rear spark plugs I tried some time ago without luck. thanks again man. Just to let he people know. My engine started to hesitate at lower revolutions but fine over 20 miles so I went to check the oil and I found something like chocolate and twice the amount of normal fluid. I noticed long time ago it was losing coolant but not leak and some with smoke in the tail pipe. now the exhaust is clean in emissions (at least it is not visible).

@@OnlineAutoRepairVideos I had absolutely no experience before attempting THIS, I could barely change a tire but It's all done and runs like NEW, the hardest parts were breaking it down and cleaning, not breaking old rusty bolts and removing/ reinstalling the rear exhaust manifold... I did break my PCV valve removing the hose and broke the new one putting it in but 3rd time was a charm. I also changed the water pump and thermostat for good measure. Thank you again, this video really really works!

Suggest Caravan owners like myself to run a bottle of steel seal in your green antifreeze! It will only work with green antifreeze. Have to flush system if you have long life antifreeze! This sodium silicate can even be purchased at a pharmacy. It is called liquid glass! This will prevent head gasket failure and fill up any pinhole leaks in your head gaskets! Also could prevent a heater core from going! You can get an oil analysis kit from Blackstone and drain your oil and send in a sample. If you have above average antifreeze in your oil treat right away! Oil seals can be softened with additives. RT-205 reseal is one you can buy on Amazon and add to your oil. Thankyou. James

Great video....what was the customer complaint? Was it burning antifreeze or was it a leak on top of the block?

Thanks, it had an antifreeze leak and they kept putting water in it. The water actually ate up the head gasket.

I'm having trouble getting off the cylinder head bolts on the engine block, so that I can off the engine. Please instruct me.

I finished head gasket 2 time the van won’t start. It turns over has compression all good on fuel and spark. It wants to start but sounds out of time.When the first one failed because I missed the 1/4 turn could that have damaged trimming chain . I checked all valves and lifters all is good. Thanks if you can help. I only drove 1 block before the head gasket failed first time never reached operating temp.

Just a tip, When I have replaced valve seals, the best way i have found to grab the keepers is with a pen magnet.
