Are these subwoofer boxes removable (and easily reattached to amps) in case we need the trunk space at some point? Thinking about getting something like this done.

Yes! The enclosure is a bit on the heavy side for weight, but can be moved around no problem. We use quick disconnect plugs for the subwoofer enclosure, so a quick unplug and pull out. When putting it back place back in trunk and plug the cable connector back.

How did you bypass the ANC on this escalade And do you know where the ANC mics are or colored wire to snip Nd if so how do i test for it

@@Bxpitboo This vehicle did not have ANC. You can hook an RTA to the factory subwoofer outputs and look for ANC or fake engine noise on the RTA. Some GMs you can shut ANC off in the radio settings, some you have to get to the multiple mics to disconnect, some you can cut signal input wires, you will have to take things apart and do some testing.

I have a 21 Escalate with AKG system and would like to add a sub, do you know if ANC is present in this car?

You have to test for it. This vehicle did not have it, but many do. Only way to truly know is to test.

Clean install but why not just do one LC1.1500……more power.less expensive and easy to tune?

@@jackcityb2623 Not sure about your Cadillac, but this one has a factory amplifier sound system which meant signal needed to come from after the amplifier. Easy place to get it on this truck was the speaker wires at the factory subwoofer enclosure behind the driver’s rear quarter panel.

For the audio equipment, sound damping materials, labor for the custom fabrication, fabrication materials, and labor to install the equipment / sound damping was roughly around $6k.

Not everyone buys these vehicles for cargo space. Not our vehicle, this is one of our client’s vehicles. Client wanted loud clean sounding bass in an enclosure that was aesthetically pleasing and we exceeded our client’s expectations. So we accomplished our clients goal, our client absolutely loves it, so for us it’s a win win.
