I can honestly say she continues to exceed my expectations on a daily basis. I remember the term “A bright spot in their universe” being used to describe other owners feelings, and that’s exactly it. I knew to expect dynamic audio, but that’s just scratching the surface. I find myself trying everything, new and old. The absolutely faithful reproduction, and separation between vocals and instrumentation? It’s beyond remarkable, matter of fact I’ve never experienced anything like it. I know musicians who’ve never experienced anything like it in reference studios. I’m 42, and after a lifetime of doing my own installs, a few big professional jobs... I wanted to see to the creation of something I’d remember forever, and have forever odds are. When I first found Matt, I’d never seen anything like his installs. I still haven’t, it’s difficult to fathom that I have my very own; let alone this epic creation.

It is truly one of a kind. I did not want it to leave the shop. It was the perfect demo vehicle. There are few cars in the world, if any, that can match the sound quality, emotion, width and depth as this vehicle. It is a game changer. And will completely set a new standard for anyone that gets the chance to listen to it. It was a privilege for you to give me the opportunity to create something like this. It gave myself a new standard for sound quality in a vehicle.

I've been a car audio nut all my life (I'm 52). I've been an audiophile fan since age 25. I've pretty much had it all through the years, but life and kids and wives (ex) got in the way, and so now at this ripe old age, I'm going to embark on putting together my best audio equipment ever. On that note, you're without a doubt the best I've ever seen. I'll be in touch...! Great job, great awesome installs and install isn't a strong enough word.... CREATIONS! Yes, creations. I stand amazed.

Matt, I most certainly can say that I will bring you my Next New Escalade Platinum Esv. I reside in Long Island Suffolk County New York and presently own a 2012 with a nice build done by me using PPI Black Ice Amps. I likewise, fully disassembled my vehicle, ran all my wires, upgraded my electrical, redid my door panels, used sound deadening throughout, etc. It was a lot of work for which I did alone basically on weekends, days off from work, and any opportunity I was able to take. So, on my next Escalade, I will have you do it and will want Orion Amps well within my next build. When the time comes, I will definitely talk with you on this project. Loved the fact that you kept it all as close to OEM look which is a huge plus for me!!! It's how I did my build. With this said, I am truly, truly, impressed with your Build Skills!!! All of it is a WAO FACTOR TO SAY THE LEAST! EXCELLENT JOB BUDDY!!!

This has to be one of most mind blowing builds I have ever seen. I'm a part time builder and enthusiast but this is what I would strive for if I did it professionally. Very inspiring. I would like to know what a build of this magnitude would cost in average to build. How much man hours are involved? I know you can't go into specific details of cost but I'm very intrigued in getting a build similar to this done to a new vehicle I'm purchasing soon. Thank you and great video explaining all the details.

Wooooow!! Lovely Sound Quality build!! This is a really good example of Audiophile grade! Everything chosen and done up properly! FINALLY!! we see Masterpieces like this!! All audio meaning, sound processors DSP, electrical, lighting, power, relays and etc. Very very CLEAN and done up right! I honestly don't even know what else to say besides woooow! When you Incorporated those factors and the relays into the audio build I was literally Blown Away that's exactly how things should be nice and flush. From custom circuit breaker box in thefront to sound deadening material all the way through the vehicle. This vehicle needs to be in a museum to be a prime example on how Auto Audio and technology incorporating should be. The doors of the relay and fuses that was beautiful. Like I said from highs mids and lows all speakers subwoofers blah blah blah perfectly chosen! If I'm missing anything else i apologize but this is a work of art! Now this is my opinion so please don't hate me for it. I must say just on a little detail: custom 3D printed positive and negative battery terminals for the first and secondary battery would look really nice hiding those postive and negative busbar along with a alternator positive cover too. As it says stinger heat shrink, different color jacketing on the ofc wire, Tesa tape, and Tech flux would look also nice in the back speaker cable fuses relay wire as well matching the front. All in all like I said a work of art I was carefully examining the video so I was going back and forth sorry about this long message but this message needs to be heard! Please please continue builds like this! yes I'm going to mention 5 Star Car Audio Dean and Fernando would probably have a field day with this! :)

@@rastaptc Agreed, if you had to venture a guess, what would you say? Including all parts, labor and fabrication.
@rastaptc4 жыл бұрын
Sean Speakers about $17,500 + $10,500 for amps and processor plus all that acrylic, sound deadening, wiring etc. 5 months to build. 800 man hours at $150 per hour is $120,000 throw in another $30,000 misc. and I’d guess somewhere around $180,000 to possibly $500,000. It all just depends on the man hours and hourly rate. These things always cost more than you think. Don’t ask me how I know. 😀 The owner will probably try to write it off on his taxes. That’s what rich people tend to do. Love the build but the design is a little too busy for me. Don’t like Cadillac’s design language and this build emulates that design language so there you have it.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing, One Hell Of A Beautiful Build. Everything that comes out of this shop that Matt builds is Excellent down to the finest details. On another note I noticed something light colored moving very very fast from top center of frame down at 20:18 into the video. It almost looks like it could even be emitting its own light, but I'm definitely not sure what could move at that speed. It just doesn't look like something that has fallen from the headliner or something above the camera, sure is strange though.

Hi Matt, that Escalade is amazing. I have an issue and I was hoping to get some advice from you please ? I have the Mosconi D2 80.6 DSP . The other day I bought the Astell & Kern Kann Cube . The Mosconi only has optical and not coaxial. I’m using a mini Toslink to the Mosconi optical Toslink . I was told yesterday that the dac being used right now is from the Mosconi not the Kann Cube . The reason I spent all that money on the Kann Cube was to use it’s amazing dacs. What are my options right now ? Thanks, Genna

The attention to detail in this build is beyond comprehension. The item that intrigues me the most is the acoustical cancellation blocks that are being used inside the doors and in the cavity where the linear actuators reside. I'm glad a company finally made these products as I've had to make my own over the years, and cross my fingers on humidity & condensation becoming a maintenance issue overtime. being a fan of analog , I congratulate you for having an analog input. I'm actually somewhat curious if you have any issues with Emi or RFI from the vehicle or outside sources inducing noise into the system. I have not heard of that unit so I'm going to have to look it up but I'm pretty sure it probably has a balanced output. I'm actually a bit surprised that there is only one AGM battery after the battery isolator. Are there any EDLC capacitors used to keep up with system transients? I'm sure it's not a problem as for normal listening it shouldn't pose too much stress on a large AGM battery. And as far as I recall, the Moscone I believe--- have a regulated power supply. I understand the system is fully active correct? Why was the choice of going Class A for the mid bass Amplifiers? Crossover distortions play a miniscule part as the amount of audible distortion issues with class A/B amplification would already be highly inaudible if negligible with the high class a bias of the Moscone amplifiers. (?) As an installer yourself, are you able to audibly or sonically discern or hear the differences between Class A/B and Class A amplification where the speakers are running active ? ------I've been really fortunate in that I haven't been able to hear a Sonic difference in the systems that I've auditioned and I'm so thankful for it! also I had no idea Morimito made RGB Software. I'm going to have to check that out. again absolutely Splendid build. I'm going to be honest and say that my favorite part really is the front door cards. that soft lighting effect is my absolute favorite. thank you so much for sharing this with us Matt. Look forward to your other builds in the future.

It’s a nice build I’ll give it that. But!! I know people with money don’t care about prices. But $1000 for a 10 inch sub really? I’m sure it sounds great. And I’m not by any means talking bad against it. But I’ve got all Rockford fosgate. And for a 10th of the price or more. The sound can’t be that far off I’ve only got prob 6-8k in the whole build. And yes it’s all professional built and installed. Sorry that’s just my opinion 😁
@justinhyman88904 жыл бұрын
Randy Moore Running compressed sources I doubt the difference would shine brightly enough to warrant the cost. However, running lossless audio and going for reference performance, the difference is drastic. No disrespect at all, spent a great deal of my life saving up tips drooling over my rockfords to be. Heck, I remember when the Punch 40 was a beast and sought after as an amp. The Ravens, once you want to hear a kick drum or snare with absolute perfection; they’re in their zone. Now, they’ll also produce absolutely relentless bass if that’s what you want, but not their target purpose for sure.
