I disagree, it makes it feel super formal if it's not showing the room as a whole. Could turn people off by feeling like class, rather than a discussion. Actually really liked the coverage, just my .02

Split screen with small spot on speaker, majority on presentation's powerpoint or other prop about which the speaker is talking. Then viewer can focus on either.
