Part 1: Create SMS CST file for FVCOM numerical model mesh

This video shows how to make a land boundary or coastline file (.cst file) for Surface-water Modelling System (SMS) using Google Earth and QGIS.
Further, the .cst file is used to make a model mesh for FVCOM numerical model.
