There are a number of people having the same issue with Avada around the world. We are based in Australia and the live builder doesn't work at all. The second you hit Live Edit, it endlessly loads a blank page. Any help without having to put in a support ticket would be great.

I bought the theme but very frustrated trying to get the imported sample MUSIC site to work. If I modify existing blog posts the sample text remains on the thumbnails. Can't find it anywhere. Should be simple. I guess I am a too old New Zealander to be playing with this. Does anyone have any ideas?

If you just bought the theme, it's perhaps a little early to be getting frustrated. Read the Documentation - avada.com/help-center/ and watch our videos - www.youtube.com/@AvadaVideos and if required, submit a support ticket - my.avada.com/submit-a-ticket/ In this instance, the post thumbs are displayed with a Post Card and the Image Caption in that Post Card is pulling the post excerpt. This has been added manually to the post, so it you change that it will update. You just have to learn your way around.

So I tried importing the website and followed all instructions including the fixing the status, but the website layout is off, it doesn't load as the template is, everything is disorganized not sure what am not doing

is this possible to just use a prebuilt website with avada and delete some elements on the site like the weed logo on your avada dispenser template for exemple ?

Does each prebuilt site come with a summary of the various image sizes? Knowing I'll be replacing a lot of them, it would be super helpful to know the sizes up front instead of having to find each one in the gallery.

@@AvadaVideos Thanks. Haven't purchased yet. Trying to figure out if I need to completely delete my existing site and start fresh. Your tutorials indicate I should not import a new site over an exiting site. Other than completely deleting the current site, I'm not sure how to go about this.

It's hard to give specific advice but typically, you would just installl Avada, activate Maintenance mode, and redesign your pages with Avada Builder. No need to go nuclear.
