Good information, but eating turmeric half teaspoon three times i think is on higher side because the normal dosage is upto 3gm per day. Also just taking turmeric powder alone is not going to help because the main CURCUMIN is not absorbed thus it may go waste, so the best thing is to take turmeric with small amount of black pepper and the Curcumin absorption will be many fold times, also its advisable to take turmeric with fat like olive oil, coconut oil.

Sunilji, Dr. Vasant lad is very knowledgeable person and give very wonderful books to the world, however he has got this gift from india but he is not contribute anything for india. His books are also sell in the same price in india as sell in rich contries like US. Please request him to plan some knowledge sharing work at some reasonable cost when you get chance to contact him.

It was such an enjoyable video, sir. And good that you came outside. What better place to shoot a video than an open-air natural setting? Both of you are exuding very positive energy, judging by the big smiles on your face, and you, Sunil sir, seem to be immensely enjoying the presence and company of Dr. Lad. One day, by accident I had clicked on one of Dr. Lad's videos and I was about to sleep by then. I didn't know who he was but even in that state of drowsiness, I was completely floored by Dr. Lad's lecture. I missed the video and couldn't locate it again because I didn't know who this interesting person was. And today, I discovered him again because of you! Thank you for interviewing him. You'll have given us a wealth of priceless information. My aunt used to say that turmeric is the best medicine and used to make us drink milk of kachchi haldi (raw turmeric) which was delicious btw. This video confirms the home remedies that we have been hearing about for so long. Thank you. 😊

Once I was to an Ayurvedic doctor, he just tested my pulse. He said, I like banana but, I must not eat it. I later realized that when ever I eat it I have some problem. Another experience, an Ayurvedic doctor, checked my finger joints and _ was tapping my nerve. The predictions said to me were really correct. Really Ayurvedic works. It is a shame to British East India company that after stealing everything from India they didnt even bother about this knowledge hahahaha
