So doing my first service on my MT125... the oil plug has a hex head and it’s in so tight I’m stripping out the hex.... it’s not the only bolt etc I’ve found over tight. The four bolts in the hood... I had to use a breaker bar on them they were so tight.

Hey Tony, I know you don't have this tractor anymore but would you possibly know what to torque the wheels at? I can't find it anywhere. I know there's a long thread on the forum about changing out the bolts but I can't find torque specs anywhere. Thanks as always!

85 to 100 ft pounds and you should be fine.

Tony great video, I know now it’s something I can do, I shudder to think what my dealer charges for this service, I got a question though, I see the oil fill plug, however right below the air cleaner on the left side of the tractor as your sitting in it, there is another yellow plug with “oil” written on it, do you by chance happens to know what this fill plug is for.

The engine fits in many different types of equipment setting in the equipment in many different ways.

Yea I agree that there are many different ways for the engine to go in, you may have misunderstood my question. There is a fill plug on my MT125 right where you stated, that’s all well an good, what I was asking is there is another oil fill plug directly below the air cleaner, do you have any idea what that plug is for. Your thoughts.

If memory serves, it has more than one fill plug. If it is yellow, it is engine oil related.

If this engine is say, in a Skid steer, the air filter may not be there and this would be the place to put oil into it. It doesn't matter which fill plug that is used, because the oil level is the same and both fill plugs are above the oil level.
