Nice, hold on to that car. It will be worth a fortune someday. Also, does your voltmeter needle bounce around quite a bit? That is my only complaint.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to video this process. I've watched all 6 of your videos on this and it will be very helpful for a lot of us. I'm restoring a '70 Sport Satellite that I'm cloning to a Roadrunner. It currently has the Non-Rallye dash but I've bought a Rallye dash (and dash frame) and I'm getting ready to install it. I'm about to purchase a new complete wiring harness for the car so I can rewire it and want to do this at the same time. Question: Other than the appearance/style Volt meter I choose, I assume this same process should work for the Rallye Dash too - correct...? The ammeter in the Rallye dash is to the far right, unlike the Non-Rallye dash which has the ammeter on the far left. Thanks so much for any info you can share. Van McDowell

Thanks for the kind words. I would think that as long as the size is similar, the conversion should work. It's been about a year in service and works well. The only negative is a bouncy needle. Good luck.

what is d and c meaning ? is indicator should be in the middle ?

I believe it means charging and discharging and the middle area indicates a healthy alternator.
