...far far far overprized, sorry. These are the prices you pay in Europe, not in Pattaya ^^ I would not pay more than 20 000 to really max 25 000 Baht the most expensive per month inhere. The cheap stuff is about 6 - 10 k normally. Do not rent such stuff as inhere... no way. Not to offend anybody but they did scam you...3300 Baht per day? A palace? I rent a hotel room very good quality for 1200 - 1400 Baht per day. OMG!

Naklua is an expensive location. I always recommend Jomtien for budget friendly prices 😁👍
