2 hook flapper, my go to flatty rig. Blacks with squid or mackerel tip. Works all the time.

Great stuff. However, remember to release any fish with their heads into the current so the water goes over their gills.

thanks crazy ferret , we actually did for nearly 5 mins I have the footage , in the first part of the release the fish was facing the current, second bit I had to turn around as young Lyla was casting 👍 but it went back safely 🙌 took a while but we got they

First mark, I would fish further north, by the first or second breakwater. Second mark, cast towards the sandbank, rather than the main channel, far more productive

we wanted to try the mouth of the aln as it can be very productive, and second mark ive done really well at lol, thanks for the tips tho 👍
