why dont we separete a styling code with style.css ?

That is what we are doing. Since we are using an external CSS library we are including their styles via link. If we were not using their framework and if we are planing to write our own css then we might create a file called style.css and write css code in that and link that file to our html file. As i said since we are not writing any manual CSS in our project i have not done that. Other than that we are just utilizing the class names in the HTML page.

Auto complete will work only if you install tailwind with npm bro. Tailwind's play CDN will not give you auto completion. If you are not getting auto complete in other setups then try installing tailwind intelisens extension in vs code. Let me know if you face any problems after doing that.

I use in my company. Am not sure about other companies. But even if they don't use, learning Tailwind and working with it will give you a very better clarity in CSS as you get more experience. So you will find plain CSS easy even if other companies use plain CSS.

In this video I have used tailwind 2. and you can find its documentation in the above link. Tailwind 3 has everything that is in Tailwind 2 along with lot of additional features. so after you finish learning this series you can check my videos on tailwind 3 to know about the new features.
