Infact your introductory sentences are what I never heard from any speaker of time management. I agree that aim of time management shall be to effectively use your time so that you can save some to reflect on you.

Asalamu aliakum I really like u to listen to your speech, but at the same time you introduce a topic but end up going from one thing to another to another, it's like u went on speaking without realizing ur main topic was left far away.. In every lecture this happens

I feel the Lecture was not around time management merely. It could be just a part of the different video where Salman Sahib randomly talked or mentioned time management.
