Is there a way to look up a winning proposal for an awarded contract? I am new to government procurement and would like to see an example of what a finished product looks like.

Hi Benadict! Unfortunately, vendors usually like to keep their winning proposals to themselves! However, PTAC's across the nation provide no-cost assistance to small businesses interested in government contracting and may be able to provide you with some examples. There is a place on sam.gov that groups this info. This may be prior listings rather than winning bids, but I do remember someone talking about where they look for this information on sam.gov.
