If the bill is again presented to the President with or without making any amendment, the President is not bound to give his assent to the bill... article 201... Because condition in which governor reserve the bill like - If bill affects the power and position of High court... Against the provisions of the Constitution.. Opposed to the Directive Principles of State Policy (DPSP). Against the larger interest of the country ...etc are the matter of national importance that's why President have no obligation to approve the bill... 1:18:18

If the bill is presented again to the presidential assent after it is passed by state legislature with or without amendment, it is not mentioned in the Constitution whether it is obligatory on the part of the president to give his assent to such a bill or not.
