This is Part one of a series on West End Tavern a restaurant located in Boulder, Colorado. West End Tavern came to us about 2 years ago wanting to add real barbecue to their already stellar menu. They purchased a Kingman 24" Backyard Smoker and away they went. In this video and a few others you will see how Yoder Smokers helped in the building of their polished barbecue menu.
