Late to the party but if this helps others: I found air viscosity set to 10 (max) on the flag physics help keep the rectangle of the flag more in place while still providing some nice wind effects.

Hey Ryan, at 02:00 When I bring my timeline and move it to start, the other objects like trees, mountain move away from their position. Could you please advise why it's happening and how to fix it?

Hmm, did you add any keyframes to the objects? That could mess things up.

Hi. Thank you for making these tutorials! When I try to subdivide the plane, even I select the entire mesh, only the left part that is extracted is being divided. Reopen the file didn't fix this... I can recreate the flag part but If you know the solution, would you help me?

Hmm, there might be an extra vertex or a cut on the side of the mesh, that's making it do that. Maybe try adding in a new plane, and try it again.

Hey man! I think I messed up on soemthing, my grass kinda goes underground/falls, then comes back in random positions (on the timeline when I press play) what'd i do wrong?

set gravity to zero in field weights menu and see if it fixes your problem

My flag didn't drop when i added the modifier. I found a solution and maybe someone out there may need this. "If an object doesn't move when clicking the cloth modifier in Blender, you can try checking for duplicate vertices: Select all vertices in edit mode Merge by distance"

If I add any weight to the flag, the whole mesh falls (except the pinned vertices), stretching the mesh infinitely. What am I doing wrong? Thanks :)

Hi. I've come to this far! Thanks. but I have a question here. in material preview mode, I see all roof tiles and road concrete and colors like charcoal, but in render preview, it changes color to reddish. Textures all remain as it is but only colors. Have u experienced any like this? any suggestions?

Hmm, no I have not. Maybe it has something to do with your lighting?

Sir..from few days I am facing some new problem in blender ...can't see anything in solid shading mode(Only for this project)..but material view and render view seen everything ...I don't konw how to solve....please help me

You could open a new Blender Project, and go to file, and append. And then find your old Blender project and add in all of the objects into a new file. And hopefully the shading issue will be gone.

I found the solution. I had duplicate verts on the flag. I merged by distance the vertices of the flag and all is well.
