This is Part 12 of my attempt to build a 1/24 scale model truck completely by hand. It is a model of an International s2500/2574. The truck is a 1/24 scale Styrene Plastic model.

WOW. I just happened across one of your older videos and have since been watching them all. I am speechless. Tobe, your skill with this stuff is just pants-wettingly incredible ... and all delivered with a cool Jamaican vibe. Quality! I'm about to finish a 1/24th scale resin kit of a Bedford KM tipper-truck (I think you call it a dump-truck where you live ???). Problem is, the kit is just the cab and chassis, so I'll need to build the bodywork myself. Never attempted anything like that before but watching your videos is inspiring me to try. Just one quick question: what thickness of plasticard would you recommend for that type of bodywork? Cheers, mate! Keep up the good work. 😊👍

Hey Andy, Thanks for the comment. Yes, In America we call them 'dump trucks'. In Jamaica where I'm originally from, we call them 'Tipper trucks' like you do, and also 'Dumper trucks'. Lol. All the best with that Bedford project. I hope to do a Leyland Roadtrain one day. I would definitely recommend 1mm (0.04 Inches) for the body. You could then use 0.5mm wherever it's visually necessary.
