At 28:39...is all 4d&5d complex always inert? As Mo+5 is d1 system i expected it as labile..

In this mechanism conditions are perfect for ligand transfer, so ligand has to go with Cr as it was originally attached to Co.

Sir, example at ~min 23...rapid hydrolysis is not basic hydrolysis? bc basic hydrolysis is faster than acidic? How you determine which one it will be if the question just say hydrolysis?

I never said it is basic hydrolysis and often conditions are given for hydrolysis.

sir at 57:20 you said that both the complexes are labile so they will undergo OSM but sir in your previous lecture you told that for OSM both complexes should be inert

In all thre cases ie both inert and both labile and one inert and one labile, there may be osm, pls refer coordination chemistry by Ajai Kumar

Structure of isothionicotinamide is not correct instead of oxygen there will be Sulphur....

And sir in 58:37 the b and c cobalt complex is inert and labile respectively...so it should undergoes in ISM pathway....as the Co(NH3)3H20]^3+ is innert and Co(H20)6]^2+ is labile so it should undergo in ISM but bridging is not there....can you please recheck about this!!
