Sir are you on Facebook...I have followed you since you have..500 subscriber...I studied the nmr technique from your lecture..your explanation is lucid and simple..!!😇...sir I have a question..why t2g to eg is slowest though the electron transfer from t2g where tunneling is faster but in eg it is not so great so why eg to eg is faster than t2g to eg?????

T2g to t2g is fast, eg to eg is slow due to symmetry reasons, probably these symmetry match/mismatch are responsible for different rates of electron transfer.
