I appreciate your sharing the critical thinking rationale of coding physician vs nursing and/or ancillary documentation as it pertains specifically to ulcers. At no time within my program has emphasize been placed upon "Never Code from staff other than the Physician". It is refreshing to learn from an instructor whom does not presume critical foundational details. Thank you.

Thank you so much for doing these videos. I have been credentialed for two years and it has been great to go through these in great detail. I hope you continue to teach as you are a great teacher!

Thanks so much! I appreciate all of your videos, because prior to this I was lost with the guidelines. Everyone kept telling me to just read them, just trying to read them doesn't help me understand them and I became frustrated with being lost. I took the test various of times and cant be passed a 61 and it's all because I didn't know how to apply the guidelines. When watching your videos one day its just clicked and it the guidelines became clearer and now I understand. I want to say thank you, you have helped so many students like myself with these videos!

Thank you so much! I am studying on my own in preparation for certification as a new coder and it has been so difficult when you are going it alone! This has been so helpful. God bless you.

I love these videos one of my professors emphasized on the guidelines but I didn't appreciate it until I saw one her videos after graduation when she said getting A's is great but as a coder knowing the guidelines are more important. While in school I focused on the A's. I wish at the end of each section you did a small coding clinic/example like in the HIV chapter.

Thank you, your videos are more informative rather than just reading and high lighting on my own. I'm more in tune to the information listening to your videos, thank you!

For the ulcers that come in with one stage and progress to a higher stage during the stage....the first "on admit" ulcer would be POA Y, but the progression stage ulcer would be POA N? I am thinking that would be the case but what is the official word? Thank you

I am a new coder. do you have an outline of all these notes of the 2024 guidelines? I took notes in a notebook but wanted to see if you offer your outline to current students and coders.
