Hi @TechwithJaspal. Thank you for your Exam Practice Questions. In Part 14 question 259 (and Part 12 question 219) you mentioned that the VM is turned off because the "Attach network interface" is not grayed out. The same situation is here. But, why you focused on the rules this time (Question 287)? By the way, I believe the purpose of both questions are focusing to understand the priority of NSG rules as well as the point that traffic coming from the load balancer to the VM has the source IP of the load balancer and nothing to do with the VM (unless you enable floating IP). I tried to see the situation of "Attach network interface" and "Detach network interface" on a "stopped (deallocated)" VM and realized that both of them are not grayed out. May be there is a change the Azure portal that I am not aware of. I think both ""Attach" and "Detach" options are related to the VM itself as you are visiting the page from VM | Networking - Settings section. So, could you please re-check question 259 or if that answer is correct help me understand it more clearly? I might be better to put comment under Part 14. Again thank you for all your great videos.
