Ms Lisa and Racquel both are native American but Lisa's accent is easier and Racquel's accent is very difficult for me to understand, why? please answer any native speaker of English.

In 2011 i was a first-time buyer when my mother had 4 years she had passed away and my brothers decided to sell our house, so we divide inheritance by 3, i bought a small house but it was 31 miles away from my residence, the seller had very good closing skills, but i regretted the purchase 😫, it was really in the countryside of Mexico City and i never lived in that house until i sold it, it was a unsuitable for me living there. Later on in 2017, six years later when i sold it i bought a little house in Mazatlán downtown area, just five minutes from my current residence, since the pandemic i started renting it, so now it is profitable, maybe not the best purchase but i recovered from a big mistake.
