Thank you dear Lisa. It is the number one channel out there on KZbin for learning English, I learnt so many useful vocabulary, expressions that I can use in my day-to-day life. I really appreciate the efforts and hard work that you put in on making such amazing videos. I have attended so many English classes and have spend lot's of money on buying useless books and didn't learn a thing but after watching your videos I have truly made noticeable progress in my English learning journey. Thank you very much you really helped me In my journey. And not to mention I am eagerly waiting for part 3 of your conversation with Racquel.

In 2011 i was a first-time buyer when my mother had 4 years she had passed away and my brothers decided to sell our house, so we divide inheritance by 3, i bought a small house but it was 31 miles away from my residence, the seller had very good closing skills, but i regretted the purchase 😫, it was really in the countryside of Mexico City and i never lived in that house until i sold it, it was a unsuitable for me living there. Later on in 2017, six years later when i sold it i bought a little house in Mazatlán downtown area, just five minutes from my current residence, since the pandemic i started renting it, so now it is profitable, maybe not the best purchase but i recovered from a big mistake.

You are a terrific English teacher that has ever taught me English, I always come on KZbin to find out whether you have produced another video, and if I don't find one, I always resort to learning from the old videos. But one thing keeps confusing me about the modal "would", especially about its typical usage. I would highly appreciate it if you could touch on it, so my English is finally stable. Thanks
