Yeah we can do that also, but mostly we first lift and shift and then later we plan modernization

How are target EC2 servers, created by MGN, affected after cutover? When do infrastructure as code (IaC) practices apply to these target EC2 instances, and how can I manage IaC for the target environment?

Whatever activities that are taken care by MGN, those are all behind the scene,automatically creating and deleting, dont worry about that, doesnt matter,undersdand the whole concept of migration. IaC is different concept to achieve automation,here is just deployed this to create the infra for migration,else lot of time gets wasted in infra creation, so better focus on migration concept.Lot of things are there in migration planning and strategy like to gather information, decide migration planning using 6r, and then decide application priority, then migration monitoring ,data analysis, and migration and testing and main is how you plan the cutover. All this has lot of sub activities to ensure smooth migration.
