Your determination and persistence is unmatched! Firefly Studios need to award & offer you something! So many years and yet you're making content of stronghold! Now to the business, You could have used another trick to gain military advantage at the cost of economy. Destroy bad things and place good things for attack. Moreover, I wonder how would an 80% siege equipment with 100+ ballistas would do? should be enough to suppress the incoming attacks, plus you can recruit engineers and all units first and then make siege equipment to have units above troop limit.

Thanks! And oh I did do that here, maybe I forgot to cover it! If you look closely during my attacks you can see the good fear factor buff above my units! In theory fire ballistas should be good enough for this mission, you should be able to beat the mission with fire ballistas only, but when I tried it I found out fire ballistas are actually not that good at dealing with incoming hordes of armies, they tend to overkill the same few units instead of spreading their attacks evenly among all units!

I always wanted to do a guide but honestly Stronghold is such a freestyle game You don't play the same way every single time, you're supposed to read the map and make decisions based on them! But I will try to figure something out for a video!

wheat is far superior to cow + 6 tanners (ideal maximum tanner count for 1 dairy farm) you can always buy the leather armor with the sell gold you gain from excess bread you produce, especially if you go for full negative fear factor, you get 2.25x bread production as opposed to 1.33x you would gain from tanners, bonus points if you move the stockpile right next to the grassland for maximum wheat farm efficiency

idk it's really hard for me to accept one wheat farm would be better in the long run than the cow farm With the negative fear factor bonus though I think it becomes easy to see

hi jeff! i have an absurd video request i mean this idea would be close to literal impossible but i guess if its u it may be possible so the idea is you go through the same level but using no shields + not more then 10 catapults and 10 fire ballistas i know there are too many restrictions but u can modify then according to you.. GOOD LUCK!!

I always prefer to only buy wood and make crossbows (12 gold for 3 wood planks and 30 to sell 1 crossbow = 18 gold profit). Is the bread production more effective?

Why not just use trebs to take down the mangonel towers from over the sea and put xbows on the low wall with a siege tower? Just walk along the low wall with a large xbow/shield ball to clear a section of the castle and hold. Then you can just clear the moat and take the nest wall with a siege tower again to put troops in the main castle. Committing to catapults just seemed needlessly painful.

When the wooden roof disappears it doesn't impact the protection of your units. It is purely for looks. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Another Challenge: Copy this map for exterme and play the custom mission with same settings. This would get around troop limit issue. Would be fun to unleash havoc with your proper army xD. I have spammed 100+ catapults and it's so satisfying against wolf as he's the only stone whore in game!

​@@R_5_D In your installed game directory, there's folder "maps" and "mapsExtreme". Copy any map from "maps" and paste into "mapsExtreme" and it will be available in Extreme. Have fun! 🥰

Challenge level 33 misty river : you will start in senario like level 33 but against 3 richards if easy for you against 4 richards ( Without fast attacking or bug or building haval in the castle Richards ) i win against 4 richards in this senario (with position and starting money like level 33 ، crusader game 2000 _ 8000 )
