I used to train my sons, one quit,the other called me old, in my mid 40’s I beat my 14 year old in the 40, bad knee & all, but I dared not race him again…but he tried to quit. Next tgung I know, he’s out using my training methods on his team mates & today 10-1/2 years later he’s an SID, Sports Information Director…earning 💵💵💵💵

What I LOVE about Shelomi (Don't know her personally) is that she makes NO EXCUSES for her health condition (diabetes). She goes just as strong and just as hard as anyone without diabetes. And, I LOVE how both of her parents support her. Shelomi Really Is AMAZING.

So, if the Lord that you are serving desires that you call me names (whatever you state) I will be that for the Lord YHWH. Read the book of Acts about that thing that the Talmidim did when they were persecuted, cause that is what I am doing as I write this to you. I am curious though where in the Holy Bible that you have read that the Lord is okay with Mockery or Hatred? I have read all; the Holy Bible, Torah, B'sorah (U call it the new testament), and the Greek form of his D'varim, and nowhere in his word does it state that Hatred or Mockery is sanctioned by the Lord Yeshua HaMessiah. In the Epistle of John, "It tells us that if You Hate Thy Neighbor Whom You Can See Then How Can you Love YHWH (U call him by that English interpretation, the Hebrew word for that is Tetragrammaton) whom you Cannot See? Let Bossy know to run to a rhythm, because if she trying to get right to for a mile all it is is rhythm running when it comes to distance. For her mile to be better her 800 needs to be better, for her 800 her 400, 400 her 200. Break it down into small chunks and it will come together for her. (I coach/train track athletes and help athletes with top end speed FYI)
