That’s precisely how you train for distance running. The body is amazing, as long as you’re pushing boundaries it will become stronger and provide more endurance for the next time out. I love it!! It’s cool that she does the laughing, joking buddybuddy workouts with her mother but the real gains come with some pain. Coach Prime understands that process on a World Class Level.

Yeah that Mile under 6 minutes could be tough after summer if you didn’t play and workout all summer. I hated that part!!😂😂😂 Bossy can shoot and she can handle the ball 🏀. She can play. Condition is the key though. Wow Deion’s love ❤️ is something Special. Watching this brings back memories when my Son was boxing 🥊 He is 24 now and runs in the morning and still loves to train but running in the morning is great for any athlete Push Bossy!! Everyday I’m impressed ❤😊😊

Deion is a shining star when it comes to hands on with his kids. My father was kind to almost everyone. But, he forgot to be a father to 4 wonderful children that he fathered. We never heard the words I love you. Never heard if he was proud of us. Never mentored by him. He worked hard everyday of his life yet he owned nothing when he left this world. My single parent mother did her best. We thrive and have done well in life. I love to see these videos where Deion literally touches, hugs, discipline, encourage, and motivate the seeds he planted on this earth. An amazing man, second to no one!

Baby, the way I was rooting for baby girl and yelling...let's go don't stop. You did excellent!! Please keep us posted on your progress. No. You can't just get out there and run a mile. Remember breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. Here's a suggestion Bossy: Take two quick breaths in (through the nose)...and one long breath out. I'm a runner and another runner taught me that technique. Started running from a lamp post to the next. then walk...then repeat. Then I went from one mile to three miles. CP is right.
