Surprise, I finished this early! I totally did not lose track of time and spend an entire day working on it. I learned a lot while making this and I enjoyed it even more. This is part 2 to my first cutscene in which Noelle and Berdly fall in: • (Deltarune Fan Animati...
This was primarily put together in Adobe Premiere, and I edited/animated the sprites in Photoshop. Some modding was done to get the empty backgrounds and voice audio. The dialogue boxes came from: www.demirramon.com/generators...

It comes from an existing sprite of him smiling! I just edited it to make him look embarrassed. I'm not sure if that smiling sprite is actually used in-game, though. I grabbed all of my sprites from the game files directly and edited/used pieces of them for the custom ones. Edit: The sprite name should be spr_berdly_cross_arms_smug :)

My only "complaint" is more of a theory/headcanon of mine, but I'll put it out there anyway. I think Noelle's actually the one who tore up the landscape! We know that, when pressured, she can do some pretty powerful stuff, so it'd make sense that, given the circumstances, she freaked out and did something, with said thing being blacked out in her memory.

@@Turbulation1 i point you to the room you snowgrave berdly in. literally the only way to tell she was there at all is the frozen chicken. no "freeze marks" or whatever... which are never actually shown in game anyway.

@@ericr.malice318 It depends on what she was doing. Ice Shock is the reason ice marks are created in the overworld so she probably never used that. And Noelle just used Snowgrave during the Berdly fight and nothing else, but Noelle doesn’t have Snowgrave at the beginning of the game. So that can’t be used for destruction. And Noelle’s physical attack is weak, and not strong enough to the point it could break the ground. So with this, I can only point to Queen being able to break the ground like that.

I customized them from other existing sprites! Noelle's is from her front kneeling sprite and Berdly's is partially an unused(?) sprite from the "flying down with a rose" bit haha
