Would recommend you to use grease while fitting dowels. Stuck dowels are a pain to remove later. Another awesome video. Thanks.

Muje apki video se bhut kuch sikhne ko mila . Muje lgta hai ki jis tra aap detail me btate ho aise dekh kr mai bhi sara kr skta hu. Maine utube par bhut videos dekhi but apke jaisa koi nhi sir. U are a genuius. But muje splender ka engine rebuild krda hai khud se. 40% mai kaam jaanta hu. But pls mai chahta hu ki apki video dekh kr ek baar kr lia to sari life nhi bhuluga. Brother ns 200 ke radiator ke upar video banao Mai aur mera friends We both own pulsar 200 ns And facing the same radiator issue Relay se wire short karne par fan dono ka on ho rha par in running condition fan kbhi on nahi hota na hi coolent level kam hota hai Please make video for this I think many of the pulsar riders facing this issue Very inspiring from your videos brother Keep it up

R15 engine is one of the most reliable engine in the current market. You have to be a real fool and careless to get it damaged.

I know people who messed it up in 28K and 32k only Now smoke coming out at high rpm One guys owns R15 and I asked him, when was the last time you changed the coolant, he did not knew what is coolant, then he took me to his local mechanic, the local. Mechanic said he never changed coolant, neither ever checked for it , and says har bike 3-6 mahine purani hone k baad dhua deti hai
