I love using vinegar. It kills bacteria and funky odors really well and its magic for keeping fruits and veggies from growing mold. The smell doesnt linger for long either. Try a test between alcohol versus vinegar on stinky clothing and you will be amazed that vinegar completely removes odors and alcohol does not.😉

I also used to eat like this for 5 years only mine was a bit different. I have 3 oz carb (veg or fruit) 3oz meat, and a thumb thenar of fat. Do that every 3 hours but have the meal every other meal and a shake the other 3 hours every other. Meal prep for 3-4 days for 2 people. I can even feel my hormones after a year just before 2.5-3 hours. Did not even need a clock. I like all the different ways of doing things as to how people do this method of weighing, and combinations. I never felt better. I got off the wagon due to husband stroke and moving. I’m going to give this a shot! Question, I do not use oil of any kind because it upsets my stomach. Could I use avocado for my fat instead? Also, when you were still in the weight loss phase, did you still use the oil/fat on your food? Thank you for sharing what you have done to drop your weight and life a wonderful active life! You’re my hero! ❤❤❤
@LulusWay645 ай бұрын
yes, 1T of fat at lunch and dinner is on the reducing plan. have you tried a very high quality oil? wondering if a better quality oil would not upset your stomach. you could try butter or even mayo (if the ingredients do not have sugar). avocado used sparingly is a veggie.

I agree that plant oils are healthy in moderation. I just don't care for the mouthfeel of oil added to my food. I opt for eating olives and/or avocado each day instead. The extra fiber and satiety is a bonus. This might be an option for people like me who want the health benefits of oil but not the oily feel. Doing what serves me well ❤️ "A tablespoon is about 15 ml. A tablespoon of olive oil then weights 13.5 grams. This means you need 54 grams of olives. 18-24% of an olives weight is coverted into oil. Different olives yield different amounts due to fiber and water content. 20 medium Mission olives 40 small ripe black olives 20 jumbo ripe black olives 7 super colossal ripe black olives

hungry? there is hungry, like truly hungry for a meal? then there is "hungry", you just want to eat the things you see at the food store. I don't see anything I'm going to eat. it's all at home, at mealtime. there is nothing I will eat while I'm at a food store because I don't food shop at mealtime. at mealtime, I'm home eating a meal. your problem will be solved if you just say NO!!!

the protein weight depends on which item you pick from the protein list, but there is a protein serving at each meal. 16 oz. of veggies at both lunch and dinner.

Do you drink plain water during your day? How much? I haven't seen you with a water bottle.
