That's the exact tortilla recipe I use! it's soooo good, I can't buy store tortillas any more haha. I also double it a lot in the summer (when we have tons of eggs from the chicken girls) and freeze breakfast burritos (egg scrambled with veg, beans, cheese and salsa).They're a great easy breakfast to haul out of the freezer and preserves a lot of eggs for the winter

I like oatmeal but my body doesn't tolerate the high carb amount very well. Any substitutes?

I love those sprouted oats from Costco as well!! I’ve never tried them in the instant pot. I love that idea 😍 I’ll try those exact measurements. How long do you cook them in the IP for? I know sprouted oats cook a little different than regular old fashioned rolled oats or instant oats.

Sorry I totally forgot to mention time!! For rolled oats we do 2 min and high and then let it sit for about 10-20 min before eating

I always enjoy your videos Becca.. i need to get to know my Instant Pot :) For me i hesitate because it's big and bulky and other pans/ways seem easier clean up wise. You have given me some inspiration though and I really appreciate your nourish approach in shape up/sustainable routine living. It's more motivating to me it's refreshing and frankly more enjoyable.

Aw yay thank you! And yes it's def bulky so I totally get that. The only real clean up tho is the steel insert bowl so it's not bad! I think it's so worth the time saving/being able to just set it and forget it

Looks yumm. Have you tried uncooked tortillas from the refrigerated section of the grocery store? They have minimal ingredients and all you have to do is cook them on a skillet. So yumm

Do you find the oats and steel cut sputter out the valve while cooking? I do love the texture but it makes a mess spitting on top and up in the crevasses of the lid 🫣

Hi! Do you bake a cookie from frozen? Or do you have to let it thaw?
