*Observations by Court:-* 1. The Court is of the prima facie view that the Principal of the school, Mr. Shakti Kumar and other members of the managing committee of the school have willfully violated this Court's order. Not only that, Mr. Shakti Kumar has violated this Court's order, the Court is also of the tentative view that he is creating obstruction in due disposal of the present proceeding by not furnishing the factual details in respect of the members of the managing committee. 2. In such view of the matter, Mr. Shakti Kumar, the Principal of the school, who is present today in Court, is taken into custody. 3. The District Magistrate, Gaya, is directed to enquire about the whereabouts of the members of the managing Patna High Court MJC No.2339 of 2018(12) dt.27-04-2022 committee whose names has been furnished by Mr. Shakti Kumar, Principal of the school, and have been quoted in the present order. In course of the said exercise, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, is directed to extend all assistance.

In this case the Principal is hand in gloves with the MC and hiding the facts from the court to save the managing committee members. I believe you didn't hear the full judgement. The Judge issued an order to DM Gaya, to know the whereabouts of member of committee. However the Principal was betrayed by the committee member here as all the members used their Paisa and power to get bail. And this poor fellow was sent to jail.

Actually u don't have a idea of how private school works.... Let me give you some clear idea and also you can refer to Nitish Rajput private schools video.... So private schools are run by a SMC(school management committee) which comprises of the secretary, principal, teacher and parents.... Smcs are required to meet evey year and make rules and check compliances but that happens rarely as you know in our country only rules are made implementation is never checked.... In order to keep the school under control the owners or in this case management committee members employ only favorable person as principals like relatives (even this is illegal but its done noones their to check) and if not relatives than very highly paid persons are kept who has every hand in glove with the management.... So never think that this man is innocent and he didn't earn anything from this issue, he has accepted huge amount of funds so he is hesitant to name the secretary and aside from this case he is also caught in paper leaking scam...... So he is not a honest working person he is equally responsible....
