PART 2 FRONT YARD DRAINAGE PROJECT, GEOTEXTILE FABRIC

Nice work. I'm about as knowledgeable as you.... fabric, gravel, downhill. I did similar work on the back side of my barn. I'll do the front side this summer. The one thing I did differently is that I dug a drywell and drained into that. But, I think that was a mistake! It works fine for light rain but seems to fill up for heavy rains. - Rick

Thanks Rick! Yeah, I don't think that would work for us either because in the spring it seems like it rains more often than not. A drywell in our yard right now would probably have a puddle on top since we've had rain the last 3-4 days in a row.
