Conditions of inheritance 21:07 ١. موت المؤرث حقيقة او حكما 1. Making sure the one being inherited from has really died or takes the ruling of a person that is dead eg a missing person 25:13 ٢. حياة الوارث بعد موت مؤرثه 2. The one that is inheriting must be alive after the one he is inheriting from has passed away. 27:13 ٣. علم قرب الوارث من الميت 3. Knowing the relation between the inheritor and the inherited one 32:29 Relatives are of 3 types: 1. Those that have a right to definite shares in assets left behind by the deceased 37:07 2. Residuary beneficiary, a person that takes the remaining assests after everything has been distributed according to the Quran 44:32 3. Relations connected through females like a maternal grandmother who is related to you through your mother. These rarely inherit anything, as it is usually taken by the first and second type of relatives.

What are A-level exams?

@@Yousef_7342 in England they are advanced studies you can do after age of 16. In England you have to be in education until 18 years old. Some people chose a level , you can basically pick 3 or 4 subjects to study at very high level before University. These A levels help you get into university. For example Advanced Biology , Maths , politics, English, religion , whatever you pick

salaam shaykh do the shares of inheritance which are not in the quran have difference between the madhabs and also are some verses interpreted differently or is there consensus. I have not watched this video yet so I dont know if this has been mentioned in the video

I heard another sheik saying that debt of the deceased must be paid by the men. I therefore understand that the debt must be paid after the men received their part?
