Difference between men and women in court: Man says he was assaulted, with video and pictures of his injuries are not allowed. Woman dosen't even know how she got injured, pictures of her injuries are allowed.
@taraz6786 Жыл бұрын
Yes because in terms of physical strength and impact of one person’s injuries, it’s simple biology. The stronger person has to bear more responsibility, this isn’t anything new, unless of course the circumstances are extreme and it’s not a physical fight, then of course it would be different.
@moongod424 Жыл бұрын
that's completely wrong but i doubt you truly care, you just see an actor you like being charged and convicted, also minor injuries like scratches or superficial wounds are not admitted because they are so minor that they could've been caused by everyday living.
@EbonySeraphim Жыл бұрын
@@taraz6786is that even a valid reply? You're responding as if the question was measuring the danger or impact of a man committing violence against a woman and reverse. In reality, the comment started exactly at the fact that "this amount of damage was done to him, and this amount of damage was done to her." We don't need to argue or speculate on what she could have done or used: he had injuries and there was evidence of it: that is a fact shown by evidence; interpretation is what happens in the court room -- unless of course, the judge (system) doesn't allow it.

One day we were in school, she was mad I wasnt talking to her (we'd broken up for the week) so she started punching me in the back of the head while i was crouched down. She ignored me telling her to stop so finally I picked her up and held her against the wall. Now, this was in class for all to see, and the teacher tells me "you cant touch her like that!" Im almost in tears, telling the teacher shes been hitting me in the head and won't stop, her response: "Ok but you can't touch her." When the teacher said that she just grinned.

Johnathan Majors should not get a year in prison. There are others who have actually been on camera doing horrific things, and got away Scot-free. That footage only shows him aggressively placing her back into the vehicle, but he never once hit her or tried to harm her physically. Now, I do agree with him when he stated that he hurt her heart, and maybe this woman was more so out for vengeance once she seen the text message, but it seems like there is a part of the story that is not being shared or was told in court.

It really is tragic how one moment can destroy someone's life. I don't know the man, I don't know his history or what is true or isn't. From what I've seen of the video footage my opinion (which is worthless) is he was trying to calmly keep her away from him. Him picking her up and putting her in the car was him trying as calmly as he could show her that he COULD forcefully keep her away from him if he wanted but that he needed to be away. Once he realized she wasn't going to listen the man literally runs away. He is running away from someone chasing after him. Like he said reverse the role... it wouldn't even have to be a black man. I know if it were a white man chasing her down the man would be vilified no matter what she had done to him. Again, I don't pretend to know him or how he treated her emotionally in the relationship. But I personally feel in this moment he doesn't deserve what has happened to him.
