PSU struggling underload is most likely electrolyitc capacitors on the output side, check them for high ESR.

Thanks for watching a leaving a comment. we checked the capacitors they were ok nothing to worry about. while testing the power supply died. not surprised it had been working for 15 years 24/7 spoke to customer who didnt want to throw money at it so it was decided to scrap the machine out.
